How do I check if an item is in stock?

If a product is shown as in stock on our website, it is normally available for immediate dispatch. On rare occasions, the system may still display an item as in stock even after it has sold out. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes, we ship items all around the world. If you are outside of the UK  please select your items and email us your details, we will weigh your items and confirm the additional charges. The majority of items are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. What if I am unable to find a specific part for my vehicle?

If you have used our search facilities via the search bar at the top of the website and are unable to locate the part you require, please email us with your vehicle registration/or photos, and the details of the part you require, and we will get back to you asap.

 

How do I find the correct mirror or part for my vehicle?

You can use our website’s search bar, browse by vehicle type, or explore our mirror categories. Each product page includes fitment years, model compatibility and technical details to help you choose the right item.

 

Do you offer a fast delivery service?

Yes — all orders placed before 2 pm qualify for FREE Next Day UK Delivery. You can learn more about our delivery options on our website.

 

Are your products OEM quality?

What if the part I ordered doesn’t fit?

No problem — we offer a straightforward returns process. Simply contact us, and we’ll help arrange a return or exchange so you get the correct part quickly.

 

What is your policy on loss, damage or delay of orders being delivered?

The majority of items are sent using a tracked service; however, if an item is sent Royal Mail non-tracked under Royal Mail’s guidelines, items can only be considered missing: 10 working days after the due date for 1st and 2nd Class Post, 5 working days after the due date from Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, you must submit a written claim to us within 24 hours. Damaged goods must be retained in case we need to arrange for inspection.


Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel, as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card left for you to rearrange it.

 

What if I miss a delivery?

Once delivery has been attempted but is unsuccessful for your parcel, a card will be left by the delivery company, and another attempt may be made. If a third attempt has been unsuccessful, we reserve the right to levy an additional charge to re-arrange a further delivery. If items are returned to us undelivered, an additional charge will be made to re-arrange a further delivery. Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed to by Magnum Vehicle Solutions Ltd.
