Returns Policy
Magnum Vehicle Solutions understand that at times for whatever reason you may change your mind and would like to return your order. For up to 21 days after delivery we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. Goods may only be returned with our prior written authorisation and we reserve the right to deduct the appropriate handling charges.
In the case of a returned order, any free items must be returned as new, at the same time. Failure to return the item as new, or in part, whole or at all, then Magnum Vehicle Solutions reserves the right to deduct the full price of the free part from your credit. In the case of a credited part or order, only the amount paid will be credited.
Before returning your item(s) please contact Magnum Vehicle Solutions for a Returns Authorisation Number. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your Returns Authorisation form in with your item(s), failure to do so will delay your refund. Clearly mark your Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the package, and send to the following address:

You the customer are responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless another arrangement has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with our Customer Services Department.
Magnum Vehicle Solutions will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible when returning any item. Any Packages received without a valid Returns Authorisation number on the outside will be refused. All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving a Returns Authorisation Number.
Lines are open 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. Any products returned without a valid Returns Authorisation number will be refused. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, refund or partial refund may be refused.
Car Batteries
Batteries must NOT be removed from the sealed bag –
Batteries must be returned in the original, un-damaged box. – Failure to do so will result in the courier NOT collecting the product.
If the box is lost, damaged, defaced or unusable a suitable replacement box which meets the legal guidelines for the carriage of wet, prefilled batteries must be purchased.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Magnum Vehicle Solutions strictly adhere to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Magnum Vehicle Solutions (020 8751 6999) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
